• I had absolutely no idea how awesome this show is, and even though I went in with pretty high expectations, those were absolutely blown away. The casting is basically perfect, and I love each and every character. I could probably rave all day about Brenton Thwaites as Robin is one of the best roles I’ve seen filled. I love every single second that he is on screen, and quite honestly, I would say he is the perfect Dick Grayson. The only problem I really had with the first season was that I felt too much of it was focused on origin for the characters. Even though it was necessary, some of the episodes felt a little long. Besides that, it was so entertaining, and the story was really good. I loved the way the last episode ended, and it was the perfect cliffhanger leading into the second season. Last thing I wanna mention is how awesome the theme song is, and even though it’s extremely simple and only a few seconds long, it’s absolutely electrifying. They also threw in “Wouldn’t It Be Nice” in the beginning of the last episode, so I was pretty ecstatic about that. Anyways, I would definitely recommend giving the first few episodes a try if you’re a DC fan, and it gets pretty addicting. This season is officially Berry Approved, so go check it out now!
