• This made no sense whatsoever. I’m walking away having absolutely no idea what just happened and why, and I can’t comprehend why Emerald Fennell thought it was a good idea. No disrespect towards her, I just can’t fathom it. It’s easily my least favorite movie of 2023, as well as one of the worst. It was just revolting. The story doesn’t make any sense at all, and the amount of questionable scenes was just too much for me. It felt so uncomfortable and awkward. I did somewhat enjoy the cinematography, but nothing else stuck out. The acting was decent, but I hated basically all the characters. I’m just totally fed up with this movie so I’m stopping here. I hate it and I don’t recommend it. It’s just horrible and gross and just weird. Certainly not one I would ever want to watch again.
