Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald

• Compared to the first one, I wasn’t really a huge fan of the Crimes of Grindelwald. I was a big fan of Johnny Depp’s casting as Grindelwald, and I thought he brought a special flair to the role, even though he didn’t have a whole lot of scenes of him doing magic. This movie seemed a little boring to me compared to the first, and I found myself not paying attention during a few scenes. The score was great again, and I really liked the presence of a young Dumbledore throughout the movie. Jude Law portrays him well, and I found myself paying the most attention to him instead of Grindelwald or the other characters. This isn’t one I would watch just to watch, but it’s still somewhat enjoyable if you are watching the movies in order.
