• Holy crap this was a snoozefest. I’m serious, even though it’s only 2 hours, it felt longer than any movie I’ve ever seen. It just kept going and going and going and going. And right when I thought it was about over, there was still 45 minutes to go. There really wasn’t a point to the story, and like I’ve stressed so much, it just dragged on forever. It was the normal “good guy fights the bad guy and saves the world” type of thing. No stakes and no point. It was so freaking slow. The characters were also ridiculously bad, and same for the acting. Even Helen Slater as Supergirl was trash. There wasn’t a single character that I liked. Also, the effects were horrifically awful. In fact, the only thing I liked about this movie was the soundtrack. The music was actually really great. It was heroic and fun, much like the Reeve movies. But besides that, the movie was trash and I’m never watching it again. In fact, no one should ever watch this. Destroy it forever.
