• The first thing I wanna start off saying about The Lighthouse is that it is one of the most impressive and craziest movies I have ever seen. Period. I watched it right before going to bed, and I actually had trouble going to sleep because of how much I kept thinking about everything I had just watched. Not only was the plot really good and entertaining, but the actual filmmaking that went into this movie was next level. Words can’t even express how well this movie was put together, and the choice of the screen ratio that was used really helped make the movie what it was. The soundtrack was decent, but there were some scenes where the music was phenomenal and seriously added to the element. Willem Dafoe was really good in his role, but I was really impressed with Robert Pattinson in this one. He absolutely knocked it out of the park with his character. The other great thing about this movie was the set and design, and everything about this movie made it feel so authentic. I would highly recommend this movie, and I am already ready to watch it again. This film is officially Berry Approved, so go watch it now!
