• This isn’t the greatest movie of the trilogy. However, it does have the greatest opening scene of the three. In fact, the opening of this movie might be a top 10 opening of all time. I mean, I was NOT ready for how it would start, and it’s easily one of my favorite movie openings ever. I mean, Endgame might have a great team up scene, but this movie puts that one to SHAME. Anyways, I’d say this movie is better then the second one, and I enjoyed it more than the second one. Of course, it was still dumb and stupid like the others, but that’s what makes it awesome. The story was an obvious spoof of Goldfinger (hence the “Goldmember”), with some added fun. I love all the extra family drama it adds. It actually throws some pretty good twists in there. The cast was also fantastic. The opening and ending scene add some really great cameos, and that’s not even talking about everyone else. Mike Myers has the perfect quadruple performance, and he makes the movie. Bringing in Beyonce was an awesome addition, and how can I not mention British legend Michael Caine? He brings a serious yet campy flair to the movie, which was so fun. Overall, this movie was ridiculous, but still awesome. It ends the trilogy on a high note, and I can’t wait to watch them all again. This film is officially Berry Approved, so go watch it now!
