• This is the fourth movie in the Scream franchise, and it's absolutely amazing. Some people don't like it, but I think it's close to being a early 2010's horror masterpiece. It continues Sidney’s story, as well as riding off the events of the previous movies. I liked how they kept going with the Stab storyline, but still providing a new killer. The movie also did a great job of bringing the story full circle. In the previous two Scream movies, that were based at the Stab movies, whereas in this one, it brings everything back to Woodsboro. The final killer reveal is one of the best of the franchise, and also one of the best Ghostface's. I like the direction that they took with it. However, it was still thrilling watching everything unfold, and (minor spoiler) I liked how Sidney’s personal life was much more involved in this one. The characters were pretty great, and though some of the acting was corny, they were still fun to watch. This movie was made in 2011, so it doesn’t have as much of the 90’s horror flick feel to it. But, the characters still gave it a fun nostalgic feel. Yes, the movie is corny, but I sure love it. The music was decent, and though nothing too notable, it was still prominent and spooky in several scenes. Overall, this one was pretty enjoyable, and I’d probably recommend it to horror fans.
