• You can absolutely get out of here with the 27% this has on Rotten Tomatoes. I’m going on record right now and stating that this is a great film. Ok, maybe it’s not the most well made, but it’s hilarious and one of my favorite films growing up. I’m 21 years old right now, and I enjoy it just as much as I did when I was 10. The comedy is absolutely on point, with a great mix of physical and verbal humor. The story is extremely inoffensive, and it doesn’t take a genius to follow along. But the cast of kids makes it very funny, with very innocent and genuine performances from everyone. The terrific trio of Eddie Murphy, Jeff Garlin, and Steve Zahn is simply unbeatable. Zahn especially, who, in my eyes, is the funniest man to ever live. Everyone involved is fantastic. That’s about all there is to say about this film. It’s silly and corny, but one of my absolute childhood favorites. I’d recommend this to all comedy fans. This film is officially Berry Approved, so go watch it now!
