• This is one of the most beautifully made movies ever. I understand why it’s talked about as much as it is. The aesthetic is so visually pleasing, much like most of Wes Anderson’s movies. I really love the design of the Grand Budapest Hotel. You have to see it for yourself to understand what I mean. Everything about it is perfect. The story was awesome, and it definitely kept my attention. This is one of those movies that I knew absolutely nothing about, story-wise. So, everything came as a surprise, and I loved all the turns of events. It was intriguing, thrilling, and funny. It was written so well. Also, this cast. My gosh.. Fiennes, Murray, Wilson, Schwartzman, Norton, Revolori, Swinton, Brody, Dafoe, Goldblum, Keitel, Law, and the list goes on. I just had to list everyone because of how awesome it is. Overall, this movie is wonderfully crafted, and should be enjoyed by everyone. I’d definitely recommend it if you like Wes Anderson’s work, or comedy/dramas. This film is officially Berry Approved, so go watch it now, darling.
