The Batman (2022)

The Batman

  • One of my most favorite soundtracks of all time (and quite honestly, one of the greatest superhero soundtracks ever), this is one that does not get old at all. Michael Giacchino hit an absolute grand slam with this score, and it doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. From beginning to end, the whole thing is packed full of intense vibes, and it would not make the movie what it is without Giacchino’s composing. The main theme, which is probably the most famous song on the album, is legitimately one of the coolest, intense, and well made themes we’ve ever gotten from a superhero movie. It perfectly captures Pattinson’s Batman throughout the song, as the song starts out slow and relaxed, and it grows into a beautiful but strong build-up of all the instruments. I also love how each character gets their own theme, and each one of those themes perfectly portrays the character. Throughout the entire movie, the music is almost always present, and gives you a feel of mystery and excitement. Even if you haven’t watched The Batman, this would still be a really good listen. This soundtrack is officially Berry Approved, so give it a listen now!
