• I’ve heard this movie was good, but I did NOT realize it was that funny. Once I finished, it instantly became one of my new favorite comedies. Seeing that horror is my favorite movie genre, I figured I would appreciate this movie, which I absolutely do. Also, with Scream being my favorite horror movie of all time, it was only fitting that I watched this. A lot of it is such a great spoof of Scream, which I absolutely loved. It was so hilarious seeing discount Ghostface, along with a lot of other really great horror references. It was just so jam packed with parody. The writing was brilliant, even though the movie itself is really corny and dumb (like a lot of horror movies, so it works). The story literally just makes fun of the horror genre. It makes for such an entertaining movie. The cast does an outstanding job, and like I said, the whole thing is just a spoof, so everyone contributes to fit the horror stereotypes. Overall, this is one of the funniest movies I’ve ever watched, and I can’t wait to watch the rest of them. I’d highly recommend it if you like both horror and comedies.
