Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015)
Avengers: Age of Ultron
This movie was absolutely awesome, and I have to say that I enjoyed it more than the first Avengers. In almost every minute of the film, there is some kind of action or storytelling that is really great. It kept me absorbed for almost the entire time, and I love the plot. It involves the dangers of technology, and it’s kind of scary. Although this movie is obviously not realistic, bits and pieces feel like they could've actually happened in real life. I liked how the Avengers are already a formed group, and although it was fun watching them team up in the first movie, I really liked seeing them as a group from the very start. The beginning of the movie immediately jumps into the action, and seeing the Avengers fighting from the get go was awesome. I also loved the inclusion of Wanda and her brother, and it was a great addition to the movie. And when Vision showed up for the first time, I absolutely flipped. I know very little about his character, but I really love his design, so when he came onto the screen for the first time, I was so excited. The acting in this movie was really great, and I especially loved James Spader as Ultron. It was both hilarious and insanely cool to hear Robert California as Ultron, and he was the perfect voice. It wasn’t too menacing, but he also had his own type of tone that was a great voice. The setting was really great, and I liked having the Avengers be in a foreign land instead of some big city in America. The effects and CGI were also really great, and there were several scenes where my eyes were wide open. They were beautiful, yet tragic, and I loved them. Ultron’s design was really good, and I love his look. His CGI was really great, and he had a terrifying look. There were so many great shots in this movie as well. The action sequences were phenomenal, and they were choreographed well. They were all so intense and epic, especially when the droids were involved. The music was really great as well, except that the Avengers theme wasn’t played as much as I wanted it to. You only heard a very minimal amount of it, and I was a bit disappointed. However, the rest of the score was still awesome, and it helps build the intensity and mood of the movie. Overall, this movie was extremely good, and I would highly recommend it. This film is officially Berry Approved, so go watch it now!
