• Certainly one of my favorite superhero movies, this is one I always enjoy watching. Even though Raimi had the better movies, Garfield did such a great job. I loved watching him every second he was on screen, and to me, he just brings a light to the role so much more than either Tobey or Tom. I also really liked the color scheme throughout this movie, and it has a grittier look than the Raimi trilogy. There were so many amazing shots throughout this movie, and there was one scene in particular that I freaking love. The scene where Spidey is swinging through the city using the cranes is, in my opinion, one of the coolest and greatest shot scenes that we’ve gotten from a CBM. The ending shot was also really good, and the colors and lighting were so good. The only thing I didn’t care for was the beginning, because I felt that it started out confusing, and nothing from those scenes were explained until the second movie. The music was very spectacular, and very enjoyable. This film is officially Berry Approved, so go watch it now!
