Final Destination (2000)
Final Destination
A very unique and intriguing story, I definitely enjoyed this one. Since it was made in 2000, the clothes and hair were really corny and kind of ick, but the characters were pretty good and fun to watch. I went into this completely blind, and I’m glad I did, because watching the story and plot unfold without knowing anything about the future was really cool for this type of movie. Even though it’s categorized as a horror, it’s not necessarily one that is meant to scare you, but it certainly makes you think, as well as showing you some pretty gruesome (but weirdly awesome) death scenes. There were some really awesome moments throughout the movie, including one that actually made me jump because of the timing of the scene. The music wasn’t super great, and this is one of the few movies where I never even noticed anything notable about the score. Overall, it’s decently well made, and I would probably recommend it if you like supernatural stuff.
