• Where to begin. So, first off, this movie sucks big dookie. That just about sums it up. There’s really not a whole lot to say regarding this movie. It’s unnecessary, and it feels like it was just made because nobody else had any better ideas. It was so ridiculously cheesy, and not the good kind of cheesy. It was pretty painful to sit through. Granted, there were some scenes that were actually pretty fun, but not a whole lot. The whole thing just felt pointless. I know I keep going in circles here, but I just want to push how silly this movie was. The story was different from the first two movies, which was refreshing, but it was still very dumb. The characters were all brand new, which was also refreshing, but literally the only good character was Alex. Everyone else was so over the top and ridiculous. That’s about all I want to say about this movie. To summarize, it felt like a knock-off of the first two movies, although there were some new and different ideas that made this somewhat (and I do mean somewhat) enjoyable at times. I’d most likely stay away from this if I were you, unless you just want to do a Home Alone marathon.
