Hell House LLC
I am legitimately terrified for my life after watching this. It scared the living crap out of me. There are only six movies I’ve ever seen that have truly terrified me, and this one makes number seven. Everything about it was just disturbing, and the found footage/documentary film style only makes it worse (in a good way). I can’t stress that enough. The story was so investing, and though it wasn’t anything super elaborate, it was still packed with things to pay attention to. I mean, this movie takes “haunted house” to the next level. I actually don’t think I’ll ever go into another haunted house again. There’s very little I want to say, just so I don’t give anything away. The acting was great, and not as corny as I thought it would be. Everyone added their own element, which definitely pays off. I’m gonna go ahead and leave it here, for two reasons. One, it’s just one you need to see for yourself. Two, I want to curl up and cry because I’m still thinking about this. I’ll just say that this is one of the best found footage movies ever, and I’d highly recommend it. This film is officially Berry Approved, so go watch it now!
