• Definitely a let-down for me, this is one that I certainly don’t care about watching just to watch it, even though it does have some good moments in it. I think that we see Garfield’s more emotional Spider-Man in this one, and he has some scenes where we really get to see his fine acting. The only characters I really enjoyed in this one would be Spidey and Gwen. I absolutely despised Dane Dehaan as Harry, and even though he physically fits the role, I just don’t think he was a good fit. I also didn’t care for Jamie Foxx as Electro one bit. Although he was fun to watch in No Way Home, I didn’t like him much in this one. I also think that they did a shoddy job on Electro’s animation and CGI. I hate his design, and I’m really disappointed that they didn’t try to angle his look on his classic design (although they gave him his classic look in No Way Home). The music was alright, and like the first, it wasn’t anything special but still hype in some scenes. One thing I did like was how they added Captain Stacy throughout the movie, and it made for a nice touch. The ending was pretty nice, too.
