Fantastic Four (2015)

I won’t be spending too much time on this review, as the movie was extremely sucky. It was just awful. Such a huge step down from the first two Fantastic Four movies. I know it’s supposed to be a reboot, but even then, it’s the most pointless reboot ever. The story was so slow and didn’t go literally anywhere. The first 45 minutes, which was the first half of the movie, was just introducing the characters and eventually getting to their powers. It was way too drawn out. When it finally did get to the good stuff, it failed to be good. The villain was quick and forced, and the action was minimal. The characters, in terms of writing and progression, were such a downgrade from the original Four in the 2000’s. They stayed the same the entire movie, and were all very stale and dry. The acting and dialogue was also trash. They’re were so many scenes where I was mentally cringing. And that final scene? I’ve seen bits of it, but it’s even worse watching the full thing. Lastly, the CGI was garbage, and had a very obvious 2010’s look. Overall, this was a horrible movie, and I don’t care to watch it again. That goes the same for you. Don’t watch it.
