• This was one movie that is definitely well made. The thing that I noticed, which I don’t notice in a lot of movies, was that every single actor did a really good job in their role, and there wasn’t a single character that seemed out of place. I seriously enjoyed DiCaprio’s portrayal as the autistic Arnie, and I would even go as far to say that it’s one of the finest acting jobs that I’ve ever seen. As someone who has known and been around different people with special needs all my life, he accurately portrayed a mentally challenged person extremely well. My mind was blown after watching this one because of how realistic his portrayal was. Both Johnny Depp and Juliette Lewis also did a really great job. The music wasn’t anything to remember, but overall, the plot and setting was really good. It's such a sad story, while still having plenty of moments to sit back and enjoy the characters and their adventures. This film is officially Berry Approved, so go watch it now!
