• So this is definitely one of my favorite DCAU movies so far. If you’re a fan of the Justice League and Teen Titans, then this is precisely what you’re looking for. Two of the coolest superhero groups in history, and they get to be together in the same movie. It’s so awesome. That’s easily the main reason why this one was so good. The vast majority of characters you get to see are both overwhelming, yet very satisfying. It was really cool to see some DCAU debuts, with super sweet heroes like Blue Beetle and Starfire. Their designs are comic accurate, which adds to their special flare. The story was good, though nothing extreme. It kind of follows in the steps of other DC movies, but still feels like it’s its own thing. I have to be careful with what I say for spoiler reasons, but there were definitely a couple little things I would’ve liked to see more of. One specific thing was slightly disappointing, but besides that, it was great. It was fun and exciting, with fantastic animation. I still have never seen a bad DC animated film. Overall, this is one of my favorite entries in the DCAU, and I can’t wait to keep going. I’d definitely recommend it to all DC/superhero fans.
